As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a caring environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time / Overnight Shift 

Pay Rate: $20.36 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or hazards that may require attention.
• Monitor access to restricted and sensitive areas, verify credentials when required, and support visitor and contractor processing in accordance with site protocols.
• Assist with routine security-related duties such as monitoring alarms, observing camera activity, supporting after-hours access requests, and/or providing directions and general assistance to people on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
