Security Officer - Patrol Concierge

As a Security Officer - Patrol Concierge in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and delivery activity, and support badge, sign-in, and vehicle entry procedures in accordance with site rules and operational needs.
• Communicate with staff, contractors, and/or first responders during incidents, medical events, equipment issues, or evacuation situations while following post orders and reporting protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
