Join Allied Universal at an aero and defense location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that may help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access points, respond to calls for service, and deliver strong customer service and communication to personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production or office areas, parking areas, and the perimeter at an aerospace and defense location, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, checking credentials and/or badges, and directing visitors according to site requirements.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, and other security-related systems, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document events in written reports, and communicate with onsite staff and local responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
