As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report observations while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical or petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately; follow site requirements for personal protective equipment and restricted-area entry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
