Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor for shoplifting, trespassing, loitering, and/or disorderly conduct, and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and timely reporting.
• Support retail location operations by assisting with opening and closing activities, observing delivery and vendor access, and helping to address customer and employee concerns related to security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
