As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access activities, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, staff, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, check credentials, and observe incoming and outgoing traffic, including employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel, in accordance with location procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior observed during patrols and assist with follow-up actions in line with site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
