As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will support daily operations with a caring, professional presence while embodying Allied Universal's values of reliability, teamwork, innovation, and integrity in every interaction.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe lobby and public areas to help to deter disruptions, assist with visitor directions, and support established site protocols for employees and guests.
• Complete routine reports and logs related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or policy-related observations in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
