As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a tech, media, and/or telecom location, you will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so you will use a valid driver’s license to move between assigned areas, document observations, and support access control as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry points, visitor traffic, and key operational areas within a technology and/or media location, reporting irregular conditions or maintenance concerns through established channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Complete required reports such as daily activity logs, incident documentation, and patrol observations, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of security experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
