Pay Rate: $21.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, warehouses, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and communicate clearly with staff regarding deliveries, visitor arrivals, and restricted areas.
• Support incident response by preparing written reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and assisting with traffic and pedestrian flow during shift changes, deliveries, and/or operational disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
