Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a prominent commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to discourage security-related incidents through a visible presence. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and communicate observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as directed.
• Support daily operations at the location by following post orders, documenting security-related activity, and assisting with customer service needs while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• This position is primarily a driving post.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
