Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, maintain entry records, and direct authorized personnel, deliveries, and/or contractors according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-related activities accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
