As a Dispatch Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate security-related calls, monitor activity through systems and cameras, support officers in the field, and maintain clear radio and written communication. You will help keep operations running smoothly by tracking incidents, guiding responses, and delivering customer service to tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Operate the dispatch post by monitoring alarms, video surveillance, and communication systems, receiving calls for service, and dispatching patrol personnel and/or responding resources per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing required notifications and documenting events in daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Control access points by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in processes, issuing temporary passes as directed, and maintaining accurate access and key control logs.
• Conduct regular and random patrols and/or coordinate patrol coverage around buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
