As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet staff, patients, and visitors with a calm, customer-focused approach, communicate clearly, and document observations and activities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, disturbances, and medical-related support notifications as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow as assigned, provide directions, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, and/or unsecured doors in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support staff with de-escalation and service-focused interactions when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
