Security Officer - Neighborhood Night Patrol

As a Security Officer - Neighborhood Night Patrol in El Mirage, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site teams, document observations, and respond to situations with professionalism and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access by checking identification, directing visitors and contractors to designated areas, and monitoring entry and exit points according to site requirements.
• Complete detailed reports and logs on patrol observations, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate relevant information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
