As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and deliver customer service that supports daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points such as employee entrances, visitor check-in areas, and truck gates, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow, and documenting arrivals and departures per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, medical calls, and/or equipment or utility issues, and escalate to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete required daily activity logs and incident reports, observe and report hazards and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate relevant updates to the oncoming shift and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
