As a Screener at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will greet drivers and team members, verify credentials, support access control, and perform screening checks for people and deliveries. You will conduct visible rounds, document security-related activity, and communicate clearly with site leadership. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen associates, visitors, and vendors at entry points by checking identification, verifying access authorization, and monitoring sign-in and/or badging processes.
• Screen packages, personal items, and deliveries as directed by site policy, and communicate screening results and access decisions to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and escalating concerns through the chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around entry areas, shipping and receiving docks, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential hazards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
