As a Security Officer Patrol in Franklin, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, while putting people first, working as a team, and acting with integrity throughout every shift.

Pay Rate: $20.16 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site personnel regarding unusual conditions and/or access concerns.
• Support incident documentation and shift communications by preparing clear reports on daily activities, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
