As a Security Officer Lobby Security Specialist in Kennesaw, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this visible role, you will help support a professional, welcoming environment while contributing to important security-related operations through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and assigned security-related duties at an industrial location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by verifying visitor credentials, issuing passes, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures to authorized personnel.
• Answer phones, greet arrivals, and support reception-related tasks while helping to direct guests, deliveries, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site contacts and/or documentation methods.
• Support badge checks, sign-in processes, and other security-related administrative activities that help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
