As a Security Officer Lobby Desk in Hillsboro, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Professional, where you will welcome visitors, support access control processes, monitor the lobby, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, manage access control processes, and communicate with building personnel regarding visitor check-in, deliveries, and/or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate building representatives or emergency services when needed.
• Complete routine reports, maintain front desk logs, and support security-related response activities in accordance with Allied Universal standards and location policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
