You will monitor activity from the desk, support loss-prevention awareness, assist with incident reporting, and communicate clearly with store leaders and team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and store teams by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a high-end retail location.
• Staff the front desk to greet and direct guests, manage access control for employees, vendors and/or deliveries, and issue temporary credentials as required by site procedures.
• Monitor alarms, cameras and other security-related systems from the front desk, document observations and escalate concerns to store leadership and/or Allied Universal management as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and coordinating with law enforcement and/or emergency services when directed.
• Complete required reports such as incident logs, visitor logs and shift activity reports, and communicate timely updates to on-site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
