As a Security Officer Lobby Attendant in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional front desk location supporting a financial institution, where you will welcome visitors, monitor access points, and help to maintain a secure and professional environment. In this customer-facing role, you will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and represent our agile, reliable, and innovative team with integrity, care, and a people-first approach.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, screening and directing visitors, and supporting security-related procedures for a financial institution location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify access permissions, and help to deter unauthorized entry through professional presence and careful observation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Maintain visitor logs, badge records, and other required documentation, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Answer phones, assist employees and guests with questions, and support day-to-day front desk operations while carrying out assigned security-related responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
