Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to verify authorized entry, provide directions, and support orderly movement throughout the location.
• Assist with security-related responses to medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and/or facility policy concerns while maintaining professionalism and clear communication with site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hospital vaccination requirements are required.
• Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital environment is required.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Access Control and Badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
