As a Security Officer Hospital Information Desk in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for patients, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and support a calm environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Serve as a front desk point of contact by greeting visitors, providing directions, answering inquiries, and maintaining a professional, welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the healthcare location, verify visitor credentials as required, and follow established visitor management procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to restrain individuals.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
