As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while upholding a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or members of the public as needed.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, following established procedures for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
