As a Security Officer Gated Community in Tustin, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal in a residential community role where you will help manage access control, monitor entry points, and support a welcoming location for residents, guests, and vendors. This position blends visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication while delivering customer service with integrity. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, community rules, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or authorization, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with location policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to residents, property management, and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns.
• Complete required reports, logs, and pass-down communications related to access activity, incidents, and daily operations in a clear and timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
