As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Columbia, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Bring strong communication and customer service skills while delivering reliable, integrity-driven support through teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate site personnel.
• Assist with access control, monitor designated areas, and help to deter unauthorized activity through a visible professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
