As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Detail in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the property. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or property concerns according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations by completing activity reports, maintaining awareness of site rules, assisting with directions and general questions, and relaying security-related and customer service concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
