As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in South Chesterfield, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity when assigned.
- Complete clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
