Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Position in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a cultural institution, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe and report concerns, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of resident areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious conditions or policy violations, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Assist with maintaining a welcoming, respectful environment within a cultural institution and care-focused setting while following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
