As a Security Officer Full Time Access Registrar in Cumming, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, and communicating professionally with employees and visitors. You will use computer or tablet systems to document activity, support access procedures, and help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, issuing temporary badges as authorized, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate locations.
• Observe inbound and outbound vehicle traffic, coordinate with receiving and shipping personnel as appropriate, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
