As a Security Officer Front Desk in Springfield, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location as a Front Desk professional, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, support security-related procedures, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Support front desk operations for a technology-focused location by answering phones, directing guests, receiving deliveries, and reporting unusual activity that could help to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and other required records related to visits, incidents, and/or security-related activities at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
