As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a welcoming presence while assisting with access control and monitoring security-related activities. Your role will help to deter incidents through exceptional customer service and clear communication, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor access points and verify identification of individuals entering the premises to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Assist with visitor management processes, including logging guests and issuing visitor badges as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and/or visitors to address inquiries and provide guidance as needed.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
