As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in Carrollton, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor security-related systems, and support daily operations with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a front desk location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries according to property procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management, tenants, and/or first responders as needed.
• Answer phones, support tenant and visitor inquiries, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and other front desk records related to security-related operations.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing front desk activity, reporting unusual behavior, and following established escalation procedures for the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
