Security Officer - Foot Patrol

As a Security Officer - Foot Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and deliver customer service that reflects Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Control access at entry points by checking identification, verifying authorizations, directing traffic flow, and documenting visitor and contractor activity per site requirements.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with onsite leadership and emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete accurate reports and logs, including patrol observations, incident documentation, and shift activity updates, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
