As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Stamford, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for shoppers, tenants, and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities throughout the retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site leadership and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas to help support a welcoming environment, assist with crowd management, and/or address unauthorized activity within the location.
• Support daily operations by preparing reports, providing directions and assistance to visitors, and helping to de-escalate customer service issues when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
