As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. You will document observations, report hazards and/or irregular activity, and support site operations with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a government location by following site-specific access procedures and completing required check-in and/or credential verification steps.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and coordinating with emergency services when directed by site procedures.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems as assigned, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and hazards to the appropriate contacts.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements, and support investigations by preserving observations and relevant information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
