As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control at key entry points. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage production and/or warehouse location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points.
• Monitor access control activities such as checking identification, managing visitor sign-in, verifying deliveries and/or drivers, and directing traffic flow in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating timely updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and report maintenance issues such as damaged doors, gates, fencing, lighting, and/or alarms observed during rounds.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
