As a Screener at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help support smooth operations by screening personnel and visitors, checking credentials, verifying TWIC access, and documenting entries and exits. You will stay highly visible, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and help identify security-related concerns early. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct screening of employees, visitors, and deliveries as required, including verifying identification, confirming authorization, and directing individuals to proper check-in and/or staging areas.
• Monitor access points in a logistics and distribution location, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report irregular activity according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of screenings, access activity, and incidents using written and/or electronic systems per site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA issued TWIC.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
