You will maintain a visible presence, conduct routine patrols, and communicate professionally with employees, drivers, and guests to help support security-related operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and personnel by following site-specific access control procedures and Allied Universal post orders.
• Control entry and exit at gates and/or checkpoints by verifying identification, credentials, and authorization, helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Process visitors and contractors by issuing temporary credentials, maintaining entry logs, and directing individuals to the appropriate location.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and radio traffic and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of gate areas, staging lanes, buildings, and perimeter zones to identify and report security-related concerns, hazards, and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
