As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, monitor alarms and cameras, and conduct routine patrols of assigned areas. You will stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, support employees and visitors with clear communication, and document activity with attention to detail. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to on-site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Manage access control at a manufacturing and industrial location by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting entries and exits.
• Monitor and respond to alarms, calls for service, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, including incident reports, access activity, and shift pass-down information, with clear and accurate details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
