As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your presence and attention to detail will support a secure environment for staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, and/or packages as part of access control measures within the logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain security-related protocols.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to established procedures.
• Work closely with site personnel and visitors to provide assistance and support as required in the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
