As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify onsite leadership and/or local emergency services as required by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobby and customer areas, back-of-house spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points such as entrances, exits, and ATM areas, verify authorized entry as directed, and assist with visitor and/or vendor sign-in procedures.
• Complete shift activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and the client contact.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 or more years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
