As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to requests, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate internal contacts and/or public responders as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and lobby traffic as assigned, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, managing sign-in processes, and directing guests to appropriate destinations.
• Complete timely written reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and observed hazards, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
