As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help discourage security-related issues. You will support access control, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and respond to concerns with a customer-first approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify identification and/or credentials, and support controlled entry procedures in accordance with post orders.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• CPR/First Aid - preferred.
• Loss Prevention - preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
