As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional workplace through clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and employees by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, hangars, production areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and badge processes, and directing personnel to appropriate locations while following security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with on-site leadership and emergency services as directed.
• Complete timely written and/or electronic reports such as shift logs, incident reports, and patrol observations, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal supervisors and oncoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
