Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe loading and staging areas, and communicate clearly with team members, drivers, and site staff while delivering customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, yard, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Control access at gates, entrances, and/or dock areas by verifying identification, monitoring visitor and driver check-in processes, and directing traffic flow as needed.
• Complete routine reports and activity logs, including observations during patrols and any incidents, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
