As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome guests, support access control, verify credentials, and manage visitor logs using a computer and/or tablet. You will remain a visible presence, communicate clearly with tenants and staff, and help address security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following Allied Universal post orders, access procedures, and site-specific policies for a commercial property.
• Manage lobby access by greeting and directing visitors, confirming authorization, issuing visitor credentials when applicable, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor security-related systems and activity in the lobby area, documenting observations and reporting suspicious activity to site contacts and/or dispatch.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and supporting emergency response activities as directed by post orders.
• Complete detailed written reports for incidents, service requests, and shift activity, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover to help maintain continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
