You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter incidents, and use clear communication to report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing and/or collecting badges, managing visitor and contractor sign-in, and maintaining accurate access logs.
• Screen and direct inbound and outbound traffic including employees, visitors and delivery drivers, following facility rules for loading dock and gate operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing reports and notifying site contacts as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas including entrances, production-adjacent corridors, parking areas and perimeter routes, reporting irregular conditions per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
