You will help manage entry points, verify credentials and badges, monitor alarm panels and security-related systems, and complete routine patrols to help reduce incidents. You will be a visible, customer-focused presence, using clear communication and professional service while documenting activity on a computer and/or tablet. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Staff access control points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or badging, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining accurate access logs.
• Monitor alarms, access control systems, and camera views as assigned, and report irregular activity according to post orders and escalation guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency services when directed.
• Complete detailed reports, shift logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover to support consistent security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 years of security-related experience.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
