Security Officer Driving Patrol

As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in DALY CITY, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Residential Security Officer in a driving patrol role, where you will monitor neighborhoods, conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong customer service. In this location, you will support residents and guests with clear communication while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, teamwork, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting issues through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with property guidelines, assisting with authorized entry procedures when needed.
• Support a professional residential environment by communicating with residents and management regarding security-related matters, unusual conditions, and/or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
